Ted Butterman Bands & Orchestras & The Chicago Cubs Dixieland Band
The Cubs Dixieland Band has been performing at Wrigley Field in Chicago since the 1982 season and will begin their 23rd season on April 12, 2004. The group consists of Trumpet, Trombone (or Tenor Sax), Clarinet, Banjo, and Tuba. They have been seen on TV hundreds of times over the years on many nationally broadcast programs.
The band will perform at all kinds of functions including picnics, Bar-B-Qs, Pool parties, Mardi Gras, Conventions and Wedding receptions. They have even performed at five funerals. The band is strictly acoustic and not restricted by electrical power sources. This enables them to "stroll" about from place to place among your guests. The band performs in either Cubs uniforms or "generically", meaning red vests, straw hats, arm garters and white pants.
